    The initial deposit is half the rental with the balance payable at least six weeks before commencement of booking. Full rental please on all bookings made less than six weeks before commencement. We reserve the right to request a good housekeeping bond of up to 25% of the rental to be paid on arrival and refundable within two weeks of end of holiday (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
