This detached cottage is located in the Herefordshire village of Pencraig close to Ross-on-Wye and can sleep six people in three bedrooms

Adarmas is a detached cottage with stunning views in the hamlet of Pencraig on the outskirts of the Herefordshire market town of Ross on Wye. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are made up of one double, one twin and one single with a pull out bed. The rest of the accommodation comprises a family shower room, a fitted kitchen, a dining area in the conservatory and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is an enclosed, south facing lawned garden with a patio area, garden furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for three cars and cycle storage. With stunning countryside all around this cottage, Adarmas is a fabulous holiday home for anyone wishing to discover the delights of the Wye Valley.

Fuel, power and initial supply for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for three cars. Cycle storage available in small shed at bottom of garden. Enclosed south facing lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Village shop and pub 12 mins walk.

				Low Season Price:	£215 per Week
				High Season Price:	£540 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
