The Studio Flat is a cottage in the grounds of a beautifully restored Jacobean manor house set in 6 acres of landscaped gardens just 4 miles from the historic town of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Set all on the first floor, this cottage is a studio apartment with a stacker bed which can be made up as a twin or a double, a fitted kitchen and a sitting area as well as a family bathroom. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of 6 acres of gardens. Being so well situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, The Studio Flat is the perfect holiday cottage for a quiet romantic retreat.

Overlooking a loop in the River Wye is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, situated in the heart of rural Herefordshire and in the picturesque Wye Valley. This attractive town has timbered Tudor houses clustered around the striking 17th Century Market Hall, and there are excellent shops, pubs and restaurants to suit every taste. Stroll along the river bank, take a river cruise or view the surrounding countryside from a hot-air balloon. Enjoy trips to Symonds Yat, Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean.

				Low Season Price:	£210 per Week
				High Season Price:	£352 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
