BOTH APARTMENTS CAN BE LINKED TOGETHER TO SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF 8 2A Redcliffe is a one double bedroomed apartment sleeping 4 with a comfortable bed settee in the lounge. The bathroom can be accessed via the lounge as well as the bedroom. 3A Redcliffe also sleeps 4 but with 2 bedrooms - a double bed and 3' bunk beds.. 3A has a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The apartments which are reasonably priced overlook Caswell Bay and have breath taking sea views. Both are very comfortably furnished and provide all those extras touches which give each apartment a nice homely feel. Two thirds of 2010 bookings are repeats. There is secure parking and a private gated back entrance Ideally situated for keen golfers with an abundance of quality golf courses nearby. The Wales Tourist board have awarded 3A a 4 star grading. 2A has been awarded a 3 star grade.

2A has just been refurbished to a very high standard. The lounge is light and spacious with wonderful ever changing views of Caswell Bay. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Included is an electric cooker, fridge with small freezer section, washing machine and a microwave. Although open plan, the kitchen does not impinge on the size of the lounge. The bedroom is light and airy with a large window over looking pretty window boxes. The double bed is new and has four under bed drawers. Two large fitted wardrobes. Bathroom can be be accessed via the lounge and also the bedroom. There is a bed settee in the lounge converts into a double bed. Both apartments have a private back entrance and easily reached from the back drive. Private parking to the front and rear of the building There is an electric gated entrance.

Afon Argoed's Forest Park has lovely woodland walks in its beautiful countryside. Pembrey Country Park is just the most perfect place to barbecue or picnic with its vast open fields, huge expanse of beach, sand dunes and a great adventure playground. The Gower Peninsula was Britain's first National Park to be designated for its outstanding natural beauty offering so many beautiful beaches and miles of coastal walks to enjoy.
