Recently modernised town house with three bedrooms.Bathroom has bath with mixer taps and showerhead,toilet,wash hand basin and seperate shower cubical.Kitchen has modern units with built in washing machine, microwave,fr4idge freezer and double electric oven with gas hob.The kitchen has a brekfast bar which leads out to a small conservatory.The lounge has a three seater, two seater, sofa with a single stool and also has a dinning table that seats six people.The property has no garden but there is patio area at the rear of the house with patio table and chairs.There is a portable barbeque and there is space to hang out wshing.This patio area has sunshine all day. 
There is off road parking for one large car,or two smaller cars.

    • Newport has fantastic walks  
    They include the pembrokeshire coastal path which is 170 mls long and there is a local bus service which runs from Newport to various points on the costal path so you can walk to certain points and take the bus back to Newport which is only 50yds from the house.Newport links golf club has 18 holes and visitors and juniors are welcome to play golf or just come and have a cup of coffe or book a meal in the restaurant as the views are spectacular as the sun sets over the bay.There is local boat club and you can launch your boat down on the estuaty at parrog,There are also local mountains [the Precelly mountains]to walk and many trails in the area.Horse riding is very popular and you can go pony treking.Newport has four pubs three do meals one has a very good indian menu and the other two have  
    a have a good range of meals.There are three restaurants that have an a la cart menu and there are three cafes serving light meals and coffes

    Recently modernised town house sleeping up to six people with off street parking.Newport offers something for everybody,fantastic costal scenery with the costal path going from Cardigan to Dale and offers a local bus shuttle that you can catch at various points on the coast so there is always a bus back to Newport.There is a wonderful beach and down on the parrog there is a boat club where you can launch your boat.There is an 18 hole golf course in Newport where visitors are welcome to play golf have a cup of coffe or book and have an evening meal and the scenery from the club house looking over Newport estuary is fantastic.You can go pony treking or take a walk up to carningli mountain or just take things easy have a cup of coffe in the many coffe shops in town.There are some wonderful eating places in Newport ranging from a la cart menus,pub meals or othentic indian cuisine./ Simply somewhere you must visit to appreciate its beauty
