Vacation Rental Description

Parcllwyd is privately located on the outskirts of the village of Cilgerran. It is has full central heating as well as an open fire in the lounge. Parcllwyd has two bed rooms, the master bed room has tv with free view. Both bed rooms are at the front of the property and overlook a valley. Parcllwyd is fully equipped with everything needed, in fact it is home from home. Facilities include washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, freeze, electric oven & hob, digital tv in lounge with DVD and Video players.

All bed linen, towels, gas and electric are included in prices quoted.

Parcllwyd has a large garden which goes around the property. There is an enclosed court yard, from the court yard access is easy to the rest of the garden, there is a patio area where a patio set is kept and where barbeques can be used. At the top of the garden is a flatter area where ball games can be played.

Pets are welcome, a maximum of 3 unless agreed with owner (2 are free others are £10 each).

Opposite the cottage is Parcllwyd Caravan which also sleeps up to 6. It has 2 bedrooms, bath room, lounge/diner and kitchen facilities. It also has a stero and digital freeview tv. The caravan has its own fenced garden and parking. There is also washing/drying facilities located in the garage behind the caravan. Prices include all bed linen, towel, gas and electric.

The caravan has a picnic bench in the garden as well as seating on the decking.

There is a chocolate factory within an hours drive. Various beaches are within 15 minute drive, Poppit Sands, Newquay - dolphins are spotted here during the summer months.

Parcllwyd

We love Parcllwyd's location it is quite, rural yet not cut off. The views are fantastic, the cottage is traditional made of stone warm in the winter and cool in the heat of the summer. Opposite the cottage is our static caravan which we also let, this has its own garden, decking etc and for me i find the better views of the valley. There are many lovely places to visit our favourites are Mwnt and Poppitt Sands for beaches, Haverfordwest Vincent Davies for shopping and something to eat.

The village of Cilgerran has some lovely pubs where you can get something to eat and drink, the locals are friendly and easy to talk to.

April is a good time to visit as Cardigan hosts the traditional Barley Day where there is a parade of horses, tractors etc through the town, wounderful experience the whole town comes to a complete standstill.
