Set in the heart of the North Pembrokeshire countryside between Eglwyswrw and Boncath, this cosy Cottage makes a delightful base for a range of activities. The Preseli Hills are a few minutes' drive away and can provide a range of walks to suit any ability and the Coastal Path and beaches are a 10-minute drive away. There is also a 6.5-acre Garden and a small traditional Tearoom that are open to the Public.

With parts dating back to the 16th century, the Cottage is single storey, split-level, and provides cosy accommodation attached to the owners' farmhouse. The sitting room contains a comfortable 3-seater sofa, colour TV with Freeview/Video/DVD, large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and items of occasional furniture. Several stairs lead from the sitting room up to the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a modern electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, and a breakfast table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, bedroom furniture and an en suite bathroom with bath, electric shower over, wash hand basin, and WC. The bed has a duvet and bed linen is provided. Electricity is included in the rental and night storage heaters when required provide heating. Logs for the wood burner are available from the owners at a charge of £3 per basket.

Preferred payment method is cash or cheque. In exceptional circumstances (particularly for visitors from overseas) payment may be accepted by credit card for which there will be a small additional booking charge. Deposit of £50 per week is payable when booking and full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds will be given unless the cottage is re-let.
