Admiral’s House stands on a clifftop in the lovely Welsh seaside village of Saundersfoot. This small and popular Pembrokeshire fishing village and seaside resort boasts an award winning blue flag beach, traditional shops, pubs and restaurants all just a short stroll from the House. It has breathtaking views of Saundersfoot harbour, Carmarthen Bay, the Gower and beyond to make it one of the premier British coastal locations. 
 
Admiral's House is set within a private enclave together with 5 mews properties. Having been lovingly transformed into a modern 5 star self catering resort the House dates back to the late nineteenth century. Made of natural local stone and retaining the original vaulted ceilings, coupled with soft leather suites and contemporary decor, Admiral's House has a distinctly smart penthouse feel. Having seven bedrooms and five bath/shower rooms the property makes ideal group accommodation for up to 14 people.  
 
The House has a spacious dining area with large table, fully equipped fitted kitchen and utility room including dishwasher and washer/dryer. The indoor heated swimming pool with water jet system is superbly appointed with windows to front and side enjoying views across the bay and harbour. The first floor sea facing lounge is a gem with SKY digital tv, DVD, Playstation and large sash windows with spectacular views of the harbour, coastline and beach. French doors open onto the terrace offering breathtaking panoramic sea views, al fresco dining and the chance for private relaxation at its best.  
 
On arrival guests are welcomed with a bowl of fresh local fruit and bottles of bubbly to get the holiday off to the best of starts.

      High Season Price: €3,495 per Week
         

    1.Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rent payable. The balance is payable not less than eight weeks (56 days) prior to the date of commencement of the hiring. 2.If the reservation is being made within eight weeks (56 days) of the commencement of the stay then the total rent is payable when the reservation is made and accepted. 3.UK payments should be made by cheque, bank transfer or bankers draft. Bank details are available on request. Bookings must be accompanied by a completed and accurate booking form. 4.The cancellation fee will be 30% before 56 days of the commencement of the Let.
