This lovely, detached bungalow is situated four miles outside Sennybridge and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

Aelwydd is a lovely, single-storey property four miles outside Sennybridge. With three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a three-quarter double, it sleeps up to six people. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire in the property. Outside is an enclosed garden and off road parking, making Aelwydd an ideal holiday base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Large enclosed, lawned garden and sitting area with furniture and BBQ plus a large decked veranda with garden furniture. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Shallow open fish pond in garden so children to be supervised. Note: Steep driveway. Note: Owner can offer livery facilities a few miles from cottage by prior arrangement.

Sennybridge is a market town on the River Senni, where it meets the River Usk, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

				Low Season Price:	£307 per Week
				High Season Price:	£767 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
