Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this former hayloft is set in a courtyard near Talgarreg, and enjoys shared use of some childrens' play facilities.

The Hobble is a converted hayloft set in a small complex in the countryside around Talgarreg, less than 9 miles from Llandysul. There are two bedrooms here - a double and a room with adult bunks. There is also a shower room. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a private patio, shared use of play areas including a lawn with football net and climbing frame, and a games barn with basketball, trikes and table tennis. There is also off road parking for 2 cars. From boat trips to spot dolphins to long country strolls, The Hobble makes a great base for a relaxing family holiday.

Private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Shared lawned area with football net, swing and climbing frame. Shared games barn with table tennis, netball net, badminton and selection of small trikes. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Large unfenced fish pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Young children to be supervised in games barn.

Activities

Set between the countryside inland and the attractive coastal village of New Quay, the village of Llandysul has amenities including shops, tearooms and some pubs. Llandysul is also with easy reach of the rest of the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire coast.

				High Season Price:	£563 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
