This single storey detached cottage is located on the edge of the village of Penparc near to Fishguard in South Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Brynhedydd is a single storey, detached cottage in a rural location close to the village of Penparc, nine miles from Fishguard in South Wales. With one double and one twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms (one with a woodburning stove). To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a large, enclosed, lawned garden with outdoor furniture, plus a large paddock with furniture and a BBQ. With beautiful countryside surrounding the cottage as well as fabulous beaches just a short drive away, Brynhedydd is bound to appeal to all of the family.

Electric charged from meter reading. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large enclosed lawned garden with furniture, plus very large paddock with furniture & BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Property is set back from the road but minimal traffic noise can be experienced when in the garden.

Activities

Penparc is a village between Fishguard and St Davids. With the rugged coastline of Pembrokeshire just a few miles away, you can relax on sandy beaches, try windsurfing, enjoy boat trips to the local islands or walk part of the coastal path which runs the complete 186 miles along this fantastic coastline. The Cathedral in St. Davids is a magnificent backdrop to this city which is no bigger than a village.

				High Season Price:	£619 per Week

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
