The Barn is down a quiet country lane and within a couple of minutes drive of Narberth, the vibrant and busy market town, and within a stones throw of Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches. 
 
The Barn is a four bedroom converted coachhouse with a mix of traditional features and modern luxuries such as underfloor heating, wireless internet and italian marble bathrooms. Heating for the Barn is supplemented by solar panels and wastewater is treated via a bio-digester making your stay environmentally friendly.  
 
You enter the Barn through a stable door into the large kitchen dining room. The kitchen has been handmade by a local craftsman and finished off with a Mercury range cooker and quartz worktop. There is ample storage space in a traditional walk-in pantry and underfloor heating has been installed under the limestone floor. Seating is provided for eight and there are two high chairs (one stand alone, one travel). 
 
The living room is spacious, light and airy with some unusual feature windows, also French doors leading to the patio, there are large comfortable sofas, giant bean bags and leather easy chairs, colour TV with DVD and occasional furniture.  
 
Both the Master and second bedroom upstairs are extremely spacious with the second bedroom having a large window overlooking the garden. The Master bedroom adjoins the family bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom has a single bed with a pull out guest bed which can be made into a double for two adults or kept as two singles for children. All bedrooms are upstairs heated with radiators and have wardrobes. The ground floor bedroom adjoins the downstairs shower room and is heated by underfloor heating. All linen and towels are provided as part of the rental price. 
 
Both bathrooms are made from italian marble and have underfloor heating, heated towel rails and shaver points. The family bathroom has a separate walk in shower with Hansgrohe rain shower. There is an additional shower head over the large bath. The downstairs shower room also has a Hansgrohe rain shower and separate shower head. 
 
Outside the Barn is an offstreet cobbled driveway for parking of up to 2 cars, an enclosed green garden with sunny lawn and a patio area with outside furniture and mobile bbq. The laundry/drying room is located adjacent to the Barn accessed from the patio. It has a large laundry sink, automatic washing machine and separate drier, drying racks, iron and ironing board. Ample storage for bikes and luggage.

There is underfloor heating throughout the downstairs living areas and in the family bathroom upstairs. Wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Pembrokeshire is renowned for beautiful beaches and abundant tourist attractions. Take a walk along the Pembrokeshire coastal paths, go seal watching, visit ruined castles and animal farms or take a boat trip to Caldey island from the seaside town of Tenby. All of this within 10 miles of the Barn. 
 
All these amenities and many more available including horse riding, surfing, sailing, shooting and golf. For those less active days, Narberth offers visitors one of the best shopping experiences in Wales, with the unique and independent character of its shops as well as many cafes and restaurants to choose from. 
Pembrokeshire is also renowned for its local produce widely available in farm shops and local stores.

Minimum stay 1 week. Changeover day: Saturday. To make a booking, e-mail narberthbarn@me.com. To secure the booking, a non-refundable payment of £150 is required within 7 days. The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival including a breakage deposit of £150. If booked within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is required to secure the booking including the breakage deposit. Payment options: Paypal account, credit/debit card, bank deposit or cheque. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking prior to 6 weeks before the booking, the non-refundable £150 payment shall be retained by the owners. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking within 6 weeks of the booking, the full amount paid (less the breakage deposit) shall be retained by the Owner unless a replacement booking can be obtained (but without any obligation to the Hirer). In which case, a refund shall be paid to the Hirer, less the non-refundable £150 deposit.
