Fron Uchaf offers peace and quiet off the beaten track! Surrounded by stunning mountain scenery with sheep and lambs coming up to the garden fence.
This 2 bed semi detached cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard. The lounge has a huge inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, The kitchen seats 6 and has underfloor heating to help keep those toes warm in winter! In the Garden Room there is a comfortable sofa and French doors which open out onto the garden, making this a lovely bright room for reading the Sunday papers.
Through a latched door, and up some steep stairs, there is a very pretty Master bedroom with an open-plan ensuite complete with roll top bath and king sized bed
The second bedroom can be either a twin or 6ft super king and is also beautifully furnished.
The second bathromm is separate and has a bath with electric shower above, washbasin and WC.
The beds are made up prior to arrival in crisp white linen and bath and hand towels are provided.
The small front garden is enclosed and has a wooden table and chairs seating 6.
As the cottage is quite remote a car is essential.
In order to make our much loved 2nd home as comfortable as possible there is a large selection of books, DVD's, games. CD's etc. Also a fully equiped kitchen with loads of cutlery & crockery.

There is excellent walking & bird watching from the front door. It is a 40min drive to the beach at popular Barmouth and 40mins in the other direction to Snowdonia Mountain railway.
White water rafting less than 10 mins drive away.
The nearest shops and restaurants are in Bala, 10 mins drive away.
