Tucked away in a quiet spot within the Cheshire village of Tarvin, this charming semi detached cottage is just six miles from historic Chester. This impressive property has been refurbished to a high standard and boasts original beams, a welcoming sitting room with cosy open fire and French windows leading to a charming private garden. Visitors are able to bring one well behaved pet with them to enjoy the long walks through the surrounding area. With excellent views over this lovely village, the cottage is an ideal place to escape the pressures of modern city living in idyllic surroundings.

Just six miles from the historic city of Chester is the bustling village of Tarvin. Boasting several local shops, good pubs serving food and a wine bar bistro, this is a well served little settlement, though nearby Chester offers a wider range of amenities. Within the city walls, visitors can glimpse architecture from a number of time periods including a Roman amphitheatre, numerous medieval churches, Elizabethan timber-framed town houses, Georgian terraces and Victorian restorations as well as a number of impressive 20th and 21st Century buildings. With the added attraction of excellent shopping in the famous 'Rows', and lovely walks within the city boundaries, Chester makes a wonderful place to visit. Outside the town limits, visitors can enjoy the stunning Welsh mountains and coastline as well as the market towns and villages of Cheshire.

				High Season Price:	£454 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
