Originally built from stone, this property has been lovingly restored to offer accommodation for groups of up to nine people. For colder months, the cottage has been fitted with underfloor heating throughout and a wood-burning stove creates a wonderful ambience as well as making the property toasty and snug.

Situated just three miles from Llanberis, this stone-built cottage is located on top of a hill in idyllic and peaceful surroundings. There are two bathrooms, one with the added bonus of having a whirlpool bath. Other treats include underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for the colder months, whilst, in the summer a grassy area, complete with picnic benches offers ample opportunity for a spot of outdoor dining. A unique and charming property at any time of year.

Activities

Llanberis sits at the foot of Mount Snowdon and is renowned as a base from which walkers, climbers, mountain-bikers and even rail-passengers can explore the wonder of this ancient mountain. Llanberis has grown since Victorian times, in conjunction with one of the two lakes that sandwich it, Llyn Padarn. Llanberis was a slate mining town and quarried slate from the mountain across the lake itself. Now, the redundant slate quarries merge with the surrounding lakes and forests to provide something of interest for all, whatever the weather. The 800-acre Padarn Country Park is the perfect place to explore what the countryside and the local heritage have to offer, including two sites of Special Scientific Interest, a local nature reserve and a wide range of water-sports. If that isn’t enough for you, you can always ascend the heights by taking the Snowdon Mountain Railway, see the Ceunant Mawr Waterfall and visit First Hydro’s Electric Mountain.

				High Season Price:	£1,017 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
