Llanberis 3 miles. A superb stone built cottage in a quiet hillside location, just 3 miles from popular Llanberis. Lovingly restored and refurbished by the owner, the property has been finished to a very high standard, and offers split-level accommodation as practical as it is beautiful. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating, and the comfortable lounge, superb bathroom and well-equipped kitchen all have original slate flooring. There is a woodburner and an attractive sunroom off the kitchen, with access to a unique slate patio and views towards Snowdon. With the lakeside amenities of Llanberis only a short drive away, the cottage is an ideal retreat at any time of the year. Activities

The ascent up Snowdon can be made either by train, on the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit. Each year, major racing events attract thousands to the area: The fast ‘Snowdon Race’ to the summit, held in July every year and The Snowdonia Marathon, held in October - a gruelling 26 mile course that starts and finishes in Llanberis, circumnavigating the Snowdon Massif. Within Llanberis itself there are excellent places to eat and drink and a great choice of shopping. Just 7 miles from Llanberis, on the coast, is Caernarfon with its magnificent Castle and town walls and close by are National Trust properties at Penrhyn and Plas Newydd.

				High Season Price:	£609 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
