3 Bedroom Cottage in Conwy

Our refurbished character dormer bungalow, with both groundfloor and first floor bedrooms and bathrooms is situated between the seaside town of Rhyl with all of it's attractions and the caravan parks in Towyn, The well equipped kitchen and separate dining room lends the property to being the 'true self-catering family holiday'. The property also lends itself to 3 generation holidays (grandparents downstairs, parents and 2 children upstairs in the remaining double and twin rooms and family bathroom. Most rooms have double aspect windows making the property light and airy. A travel cot is available, but we DO NOT provide cot bedding. Off-road parking is available for small family vehicles and the enclosed well stocked rear garden is south facing. A number of seating areas are available to relax in along with a smoking area next to the back door. Out-side C.C.T.V covers the front and rear doors, parking area and yard. 
'Peacehaven' makes the perfect base to get out and explore North Wales (I have listed a few places below) or for just lazing about with the family down at the local beach or having fun at the fairgrounds. I have listed a few things more locally in the next section. 
For those that want to go further and explore, the A55 gives access to the whole of North Wales with it's mountains, castles, waterfalls, beaches and walks. The Roman city of Chester is around 30miles away with it's stunning Roman architecture, shopping and zoo (as featured on t.v.) Snowdonia (mount snowdon), Betws-y-coed (swallow-falls, the ugly house) , Llanberis Pass etc are all within an hours drive. Bodnant Gardens, Colwyn Bay (jet skiers,market & shopping), Llandudno (pier, gardens, theatre, shops and dry ski slope) and Conway (castle, harbour, smallest house and antique shops) are a short drive away. There are a wealth of National Trust properties in the area. 
 
 
 
 

KINMEL BAY. 
The property is about a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach, supermarket/shops/cafe/etc, Rhyl harbour and Rhyls marine boating lake with miniture steam train, it's about 15 minutes walk to the new 'Drift park' childrens play area. Rhyl has it's Sun centre, Sky tower, Sea life centre, amusement arcades, cinema, theatre and night clubs and there's a wealth of places to eat, Kiteboarding lessons are available on Kinmel Bay beach. The property is on cycle route 5. 
TOWYN 
Tyr Prince race track has a week-end market/carboot, there's a funfair next to a public play park with skateboard circuit and a duck pond. Towyn also has funpubs, amusement arcades and attractions associated with caravan holiday areas. Bodelwydden castle (2miles) Rhuddlan castle (2miles) St Asaph church (4miles)
