Y Bythyn (The Cottage)is a recently refurbished 2 bedroomed end terraced cottage situated in a desirable area of Deganwy within a 20 minute walk across the estuary to Conwy. 
 
On the ground floor is an open planned oak floored kitchen, dining and living area. There is a breakfast bar for dining and leather sofas and bean bag to lounge in.  
 
To the rear is the bathroom. 
 
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with views across the estuary to Conwy. Bedroom 2 has a smaller double bed with a single bunk-bed above alowing flexibility to sleep a maximum of five persons. 
 
There is a small low walled area to the front of the property with seating and a walled yard to the rear with an out house where a washing machine can be found. 
 
May allow small dogs if with cage

    • Gas and electricity is included. Hot water is provided via a combi boiler along with central heating radiators in each room. There is also an electric fire in the living room. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee and milk - please request any requirements and we will try to help. Smoking is restricted to the outside areas to the front or rear of the property only. No smoking indoors. Please note - there are two steps up to the entrance. Please request a highchair if needed. Bedding linen and some towels are provided (please bring your own bath/beach towels. Attached to the TV is an iPod docking station to play music or view photographs etc. Fully certificated for gas and electrical safety. An ideal base for Summer and Winter bird watching, fishing, golf or walking/climbing holidays in the Snowdonian mountains or around the North Wales coast. You will be amazed by the natural beauty of the area.

Wonder at the spectacular bay between, set off by the impressive Victorian pier. Visit the dry ski slope, exhilarating “bobsled run”, the longest cabin lift in the U.K., Marine Drive, Victorian tramway to the summit complex ,Happy Valley, Haulfre Gardens, copper mines, St. Tudno’s Church and much much more! 
    Llandudno is a good place to spend an evening out visiting the wide selection of pubs and restaurants. Try the King's Head by the Victorian tramway station. There are many good restaurants of all types - try the renound "Sea Horse" seafood restaurant selling local fish, local meats and other fine foods and wine.

    A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking for confirmation. The balance will be required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payments can be made via "PayPal" or by cheque to our postal address below You will be met at the property when you arrive. The cottage will ready no later than 3pm on your day of arrival. Departure time is 10.30am. Please enquire we will try to be flexible to suit you.
