We take pride in retaining the Manor's 'Olde Worlde' charm. Our beautifully appointed period rooms include a Victorian 'four poster' bedroom, a superior double and a triple room. Our oak panneled entrance hall and staircase has an intriguing collection of original oils and limited editions. The relaxing ambience makes Manor the ideal place to relax and unwind. As a quiet rural retreat in Snowdonia we do not take children under six or dogs in the house, so a peacefull break at our accommodation is guaranteed. All rooms have hair dryers, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, Sky freeview TV/DVD with DVD library.

In the court yards of Gwern Borter stand a selection of quaint, traditional stone built cottage terraces. Originally farm buildings, lovingly converted into eight cottages with laundry, gymnasium, sauna, rustic play area, games room, cycle hire and riding stables. All are fully equipped to the highest standard as befits the upper end of four star cottage accommodation. Short breaks are taken most of the year outside peak period and the main holidays Easter and Spring bank. This is the perfect spot to explore North Wales.
Furnishings are in traditional cottage style, fully fitted kitchens with everything you could possibly need, all mod cons, Sky freeview TV, DVD's (free DVD library) and CD systems. Cottages come complete with their own patio area and rustic furniture, barbecues are also available free of charge. Bed linen and all energy costs are included in the tariff. Large Groups:
Our cottages just outside Conwy in the Snowdonia National Park are suitable group accommodation for large groups of friends or family and will sleep a total of thirty six.The most popular combination is Maple,Oak and Ash which are all in one block and can sleep sixteen and weather permitting can combine the patio furniture right outside the cottages,and eat communally by using the barbecues we provide for you.We have hosted large walking parties,film crews,family get together and been selected as the accommodation for wedding parties and adventure weekends where we have plenty of room to store your mountain bikes,canoes,trailers etc.Make the most of our gym and sauna,pool table or hire a bike and explore the local countryside.Kids from 3 to 60 can make friends with all our animals in the pet’s corners or sit by the large pond with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watch the ducks,moorhens and geese or the swallows flitting across the surface and feel at one with nature.

Horse Riding:
Riding is for everyone from complete beginners to expert. Kids will love it and after a couple of lessons it is wonderful to see the them become so confident. Even the kids that don't want to ride can join in with the grooming and feeding, and the very young can experience just sitting on a horse.
Golf Courses:
Within 20 minutes drive there are the following Golf clubs to choose from also the famous Royal St Davids at Harlech less than an hour away. If the clubs name is in blue link straight to their own site CONWY.
Walking in Conwy Valley and Snowdonia:
Everyone thinks of walking in Snowdonia as the mountain itself.
