LOCATION: On the fabulous Conwy Marina in the medieval town of Conwy in North Wales - furnished and equipped to a high standard with home from home comforts - set in quiet location with 2 double bedrooms - one double and one twin with views of golf course - and 1.5 bathrooms. The cottage is a 2 minute walk to the first tee at Conwy Golf Club or 5 minute walk to the beach or excellent pub overlooking the boats and yachts in the marina.
ACCOMMODATION: With home from home comforts to make your vacation comfortable. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and full hob with oven. The sitting room has comfortable sofas, wi-fi, Freeview TV, DVD, CD and radio with dining area and doors to enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Upstairs are a double bedroom and twin bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Direction outside is off road parking in the quiet cul de sac. Bed linen and towels provided. Sorry no smoking.
WHAT TO DO: Conwy is the perfect base for touring magical North Wales. A short journey in any direction takes you to some of the most stunning scenery in the UK, mountains (and the highest peak in England & Wales to climb), empty beaches and numerous medieval castles and golf courses. Hope over to see Ireland by fast ferry in 90 minutes for the day or visit the Island of Anglesey, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the timeless Llyn Peninsula or the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno - all are within easy reach of Conwy.
Conwy itself is dominated by its 13th century castle built by Edward I which overlooks the medieval streets of the town and pretty harbour where the 'smallest house' in the UK can be found together with a 15th century Elizabethan house to tour.
HOW TO GET HERE:
Air: Liverpool or Manchester airports are 1 hour from Conwy.
Train: Llandudno Junction has direct services with taxi office on site and a 5 minute drive to Conwy.
Ferry: Holyhead to Ireland is a 45 minute journey by car or train then a 90 minute ferry journey.
Bus: 200 yards from the cottage.

Tardys is located on Conwy Marina and is opposite Conwy Golf Club - voted Welsh Club 2007 - and a short walk to sandy beaches and the marina pub with restaurant serving excellent food
The town of Conwy is dominated by its 13th century castle - a World Heritage Site - which overlooks the medieval streets and is the gateway to Snowdonia - a short drive in any directions takes you to wonderful hiking - bike trails - mountains - beaches - golf and beautiful scenery
The island of Anglesey - an area of outstanding natural beauty - is a 20 minute drive and the ferry port of Holyhead a 40 minute drive for fast ferry - 90 minutes - to Dublin
The Roman city of Chester is a 40 minute drive also and for fans of The Beatles Liverpool is 50 minutes away
