This cottage offers real flexibility in terms of the size and combination of the family or group. 
 
The more mature members of the party will no doubt want to be out and about undertaking wild and wet adventurous activities whilst the children sit quietly (having already made the beds and done the washing-up) with a book in the garden or the conservatory and enjoy the magnificent sea views !! 
 
Pen y Lôn is fully double glazed and is additionally equipped with tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house is designed for wheelchair access with ramps, wide doorways and turning spaces 
 
Downstairs: Hall leading to sun lounge, sitting room with open fire, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, toilet and accessible shower. 
The view from the kitchen sink makes even washing up a pleasure! 
 
Upstairs:One double bedroom and a room with three single beds, bath/shower & toilet.

Electric Cooker, Patio Furniture, Barbecue Facility, Card & Box Games for all ages Wheel chair accessible with ground floor bedroom and shower room There is a table tennis room available for all guests. Pen y Lon has access to a large field for playing games.

There is so much to do in the area you could park your car and forget about it.  
 
There are numerous walks from our doorstep up into the hills or down to the nearby beach.  
 
Catch the train (which only stops by request!) and enjoy one of the most exhilarating rides along the coast, across the estuary to nearby Barmouth which has a beautiful harbour and miles of golden sand.  
 
In the other direction a short drive takes you to Tywyn which also has a wonderful beach, or you can walk along to the famous Aberdovey championship golf course.  
 
There are innumerable activities on offer nearby including hill walking, climbing, mountain biking, rallying, sailing, sea and course fishing, golf, pony trekking, sand yachting and tennis.
