This stone built, semi-detached cottage is set two miles from the village of Llanbrynmair in North Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

2 Llawrcoed Isaf is a charming, 400 year old, stone built, semi-detached cottage situated next to a river two miles from the village of Llanbrynmair, 13 miles from the market town of Machynlleth in North Wales. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with oil fired Rayburn with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars, a lawned front garden, lawned rear garden with a pond, furniture and BBQ, patio seating areas next to the property and down by the river. 2 Llawrcoed Isaf is ideal for families and walkers who wish to explore this wonderful area.

Electric two ring hot plate and worktop microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden. Lawned rear garden with pond, furniture and BBQ. Patio seating areas next to property and by river. Summer house for mountain bikes. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, and pub with food 2.5 miles. Note: Children and pets must be supervised due to the pond and river. Note: The property is accessed down a steep drive - this can become slippery in icy and snowy weather, and use is not recommended. Note: No infants.

Activities

Llanbrynmair is a village set close to Carno and Machynlleth in North Wales. Carno has a Roman fort and Machynlleth is a small market town with shops, pubs, cafes, a museum and two art galleries.

				High Season Price:	£459 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
