    • The locations of our properties vary from town centre houses and apartments to rural, secluded cottages.     A deposit is required to confirm your booking and this can be paid by cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. The deposit depends on the price of your holiday:- Up to £150 £45 £151 - £200 £60 £201 - £250 £75 £251 - £300 £90 £301 - £400 £120 £401 - £500 £150 £501 - £600 £180 £601 - £700 £210 £701 - £900 £270 Over £900 £350
