This holiday home is well situated on the seafront and is a ground floor apartment containing all modern every day appliances, ideal for couples and small families. The accommodation of 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is situated right on the South Wales coastal walk and path that stretches from Carmarthenshire to Pembrokeshire and enjoys some spectacular views. The Machynys peninsula golf and country club is less than a 5 minute walk away, this Jack Nicklaus course is one of the finest in Wales and has many special weekend and holiday offers, the country club also boasts a £4 million state of the art club house, restaurant and brasserie, conference facilities and spa. There are other golf locations which include The Ashburnham Golf Club, which has long been regarded as one of the best links courses in Britain only a ten minute drive away. The Glyn Abbey Golf Course at Trimsaran is a parkland course and is also only a 10 minute drive away. Other local attractions include Stradey Park, home to one of the most famous rugby teams in the world 'the Scarlets', also Pembrey country park ( 7 miles of beautiful golden beaches and forestry) and a Wetland and Wildfowl centre. If you are a fishing person then this location is also superb for sea and lake angling. The historians amoung you will also be rewarded in this area with Kidwelly Castle, Carreg Cennin Castle both of which are on our door step are steeped in ancient history. Ghost Hunters will also find this area and location a must for holidays as we have the famous Llanelli House (as featured on MOST HAUNTED) Park Howard is another haunted location and the most haunted team also visited this location. Craig Y Nos Castle is 40 Mins drive away this also is a famous haunted home. A town full of history, character and in more recent times major redevelopment, Llanelli is becoming a holiday hotspot, with outstanding landscape and seaside scenery. Llanelli is a coastal town in the county of Carmarthenshire and is a 20min drive from Swansea. Historically Llanelli was originally a mining and tinplate town. It is home to one of the worlds most famous rugby football teams the SCARLETS. The most recent attraction is the new Machhynys golf and country club, the course being designed by Jack Nicklaus. Llanelli has also hosted the Welsh National Eisteddfod most recent in 2004. Party in the park has also been extended from Swansea to Llanelli this event is held during the Summer.

The jewel in the crown of Llanelli is the new development Millenium Quay, this is where the apartment is situated. The Millenium coastal path is 13 miles of coastline from Loughor Estuary to Pembrey, offering views of the Gower pennisula and an opportunity to stop and admire the boats in Burry Port Marina, you can cycle or walk traffic free. Pembrey is a small town situated on the outskirts of Llanelli, it boasts a spectcular Country Park which consists of 7 miles of golden beaches and forestry with over 500 acres that have hidden paths and dunes, perfect for the romatics.Cefn Sidan beach situated within the park has been awarde blue flag status, it is patrolled daily by lifeguards.

Complimentary beach towels & bathrobes are provided, a highchair & travel cot is also available. Outdoors: Balcony, Shared garden, Bicycles available Indoors: Is comfortably and tastefully furnished has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. A private balcony overlooks the sea from the lounge and this has a patio table, folding chairs, here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the South Wales coastline. The bathroom has extra large bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. 0ne spacious double room and one twin bedroom with ample storage space. It also has two designated parking spaces. Outdoors: Along the coast is Burry Port harbour & Pembrey Cefin Sidan sands. The beach within a few steps from the apartment. The town centre which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars is within walking distance, there is also a cinema & theatre, supermarkets and retail shops all centrally located. Also a fantastic golf course.

Further details outdoors: 
The area has well maintained footpaths, cycle paths and gardens, there is a cafe and visitors centre at the beginning of the promenade. The outside complex is well illuminated in the evenings, and is a very safe location for children and families. This is a great seafront location with donkey rides on the beach, a miniature train which travels along the coast to Burry Port & Pembrey and even has access to cycle hire. You can access the beach within a few steps from the apartment. The town centre which has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars is within walking distance, there is also a cinema & theatre, supermarkets and retail shops all centrally located.

A deposit 6 weeks prior to holiday is required of £100.00, late bookings under 6 weeks must be paid for in full. A signed cheque of £150.00 must be provided with the booking, this will be returned after the holiday if no damage is found. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, however there is a balcony available. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
