A spaceous detached luxury four bedroom family home with sea views.
Set over three floors.
Three large bedrooms on the top floor. Master bedroom has dressing room, en suite shower room and double patio doors to large balcony overlooking the bay-ideal for morning coffee and relaxing read or perhaps a romantic meal for two.
On the first floor is a large lounge with flat screen tv, home cinema, iphone/MP3 docking station and huge decked area for dining al fresco. Well-equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for eight and a sun lounge.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. To the front of the house is a play room/reading room. There is a utility room with washing machine off the hallway.
There is a secure area where the children can escape to a games room with table tennis, pool table and more.
Outside there are small gardens to the front and rear and a private decked BBQ area.
There is off road parking.
