Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, this cottage is in the rural hamlet of Bury, a couple of miles from the village of Dulverton.

Haddeo Cottage is a very cosy cottage in the hamlet of Bury, near a river within Exmoor, 2 miles from Dulverton. The cottage has two doubles and a four poster single bedroom, along with a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area, separate dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed garden with furniture. Haddeo Cottage makes a very peaceful and convenient base for enjoying the walking and open spaces of Exmoor, or to head to the north coast of Somerset for a day on the beach.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden at front and rear with lawn and garden furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 2.3 miles.

				Low Season Price:	£316 per Week
				High Season Price:	£823 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
