This semi detached cottage is located in the village of Washford in Somerset and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Retreat is a semi detached cottage, adjoining the owners' home, in the Somerset village of Washford near to the coastal town of Watchet. The cottage has two ensuite bedrooms (one double and one twin) and is suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a woodburner and a sauna. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for two cars, a private decking area and shared use of an outdoor swimming pool (May - October). With all of its fantastic facilities, The Retreat is a superb holiday cottage for a family holiday.

Oil underfloor central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, 3 x DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for two cars. Private decking area with furniture and BBQ leading to shared pool area opening on to an accessible field. Shared use of outdoor swimming pool (May - October). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk (some walking on road, no pavement). Note: There are outdoor steps and a stream in the grounds. Note: The drive at the property is only large enough to accommodate family-sized cars, up to people carriers. Note: As this property adjoins the owners’ home, some bedrooms in the owners’ home are above the bedrooms in The Retreat, however, noise is minimal.

Washford is a Somerset village between Minehead and Bridgwater, two miles from the port of Watchet. There are many villages to explore including Porlock, Dunster and the busy resort of Minehead.

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Fri Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
