Cosy and just right for a romantic break, this studio apartment in Watchfield offers ground floor L-shaped accommodation for two.

An annexe of the owners’ home, this studio apartment in the Somerset village of Watchfield sleeps two people in a bright and airy L-shaped room, with a double bed, small kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also an en-suite shower room, and outside, a small patio with furniture. Two pets are welcome at this cosy property, which is within very easy reach of fabulous walking, cider farms, sandy beaches and even the Exmoor National Park.

Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Small, enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ (on request). Two well behaved pets welcome at £15 per pet, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Babes in arms only.

Activities

Watchfield is a small village in Somerset with a pub, and is only three miles from the sandy beach at Burnham on Sea. Burnham is also home to the Burnham and Barrow Championship Golf Course, and within easy reach are mystical Glastonbury, the seaside resort of Weston Super Mare, the stunning Exmoor National Park and the lovely walks at Cheddar Gorge.

				Low Season Price:	£220 per Week
				High Season Price:	£358 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
