This is a grand home, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, several gracious reception rooms, a dining room with seating for 14, an enormous kitchen with aga and kitchen dining for all, downstairs lounge as well as formal sitting room, and amazing views from every part of the house, as well as the lovely garden. There is also parking for 3 cars.
Beautiful cantilevered staircase, enormous arched windows, natural floors and antique filled rooms, make this home an amazing location for family get-togethers or group meetings.
You will be staying in a quieter residential part of Bath, with other beautiful and historic homes, with gardens and delightful views, and you will be only a 15 minute walk from the railway station.
Everything you could possibly require will be in the house. There is plenty of natural light and romantic views from all the windows, and on those fine summer days, seating for all of you in the fabulous garden. The Thermae Bath Spa as well as the Roman Baths are just a short stroll away.

Emma's has a huge outdoor dining table and chairs, barbecue, and several garden areas for secret rendezvous, as well as children's area and protected trampoline!
Inside the house has 4 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms, a sleep sofa in the lower lounge and a day bed on one of the gracious landings.
One of the most astounding features of the house is the amount of windows - and the size of the windows - althought the size of the house is pretty staggering!
