Nearby the country and coastal pursuits of golf, riding, river/sea fishing, swimming, sailing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, birdwatching, mountain biking. All you need is here, self catering in Porlock's unforgetable Exmoor National Park.

The four apartments offer comfortable, stylish interiors, fresh flowers, smiles and a warm welcome await you. The Coleridge Way, The South West Coast Path and the "catch your breath" beauty of the Exmoor National Park and Porlock village are a short walk from the garden gate.

Although self catering dining out in Porlock offers small cafes serving tea and luscious cakes, pubs, hotels and restaurants, a selection of posh and plain fayre to suit all pockets. Porlock's rows of quaint shops include a butcher, deli, grocers, hardware store, hairdresser, florist, pet shop, frocks, post office, bookshop, art gallery, antiques, plus classic car and village museums. Alongside are the churches ,school, library, IT centre and a welcoming Porlock visitor centre . Porlock also hosts Music and Literary festivals, classic car rallies, a Carnival, Pantomimes and is a stage in the Round Britain cycle tour.

A £100 per week deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable 28 days before your visit. Cheques payable to Mrs P. Newell. Credit cards accepted.

Cancellations: full refund if apartment is re-let. N.B. Guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation etc. as reletting at short notice is not always possible.

Arrival times: after 3pm. Departure: by 10am 0So

Well behaved pets welcome.(n.b. no pets allowed in Groomscott ) Please keep pets under control in the garden and do not leave them alone in the apartments at any time.
