Longer stays will require a deposit which can be debited from your credit card.

Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in case of cancellation, you will need to let us know within 48 hours to avoid being charged one full days rent. However, there is also a penalty for cancellation within 30 days of your stay. This penalty will be £20. Sorry for this. This is not strictly an administration fee, but covers the pain and torment of turning others away and then the stress of re-booking the flat!
