Goose Nest House is stunning, lakeside holiday home in the award-winning Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswold Water Park with its 450 acre private nature reserve. Boasting seven lakes, three rivers and wonderful wildlife including beavers, deer and kingfishers. 
 
The house has two kingsize bedrooms (both with newly fitted ensuite bathrooms with power showers); two twins and one small, child's bedroom with 5ft by 2 1/2 ft bed. The first floor open plan living room has wall to wall glass front overlooking Somerford Lagoon, the largest lake on the Estate. With its vaulted ceiling, oak floors and modern fully-fitted kitchen, you will find a home to relax in and unwind from the stresses of the world. 
 
As guests of Goose Nest House, you will have free, unlmited access to the newly-built Artspa with its grey slate-lined indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room and gym. Or you could treat yourself (extra) to a relaxing massage or sumptious pedicure. 
 
We have furnished the house to a high standard so you can have a relaxing break - from the solid wood beds and luxury mattresses with Egyption percale cotton sheets and hotel-grade fluffy white towels to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, five hob double oven, microwave and washer-dryer.  
 
Most people want to sit and just enjoy the stunning view - in the summer on the balcony which runs the length of the house and has glass front and in the cooler months sitting on the comfey sofas and with the modern wood burning stove roaring. 
 
The Lower Mill Estate has a small shop, tennis court, children's playgrounds and plenty of beautiful country walks.
