Rofield Barn is spacious and extremley comfortable. Situated in the Severn Vale, six miles from the Regency town Cheltenham with stunning uninterrupted views of the Cotswolds. 
 
Ground Floor:  
Spacious open planning living and dining area with underfloor heating, attractive terracotta tiles and vaulted ceiling.Very comfy sofas offering great views of the countryside and Cotswolds. Lounge area with a feature fireplace and traditional stove, flat screen tv (with Freeview, DVD, VHS Video, iPod docking station and HiFi system. Wireless broadband freely available throughout Rofield Barn. 
 
Dining area seats eight adults plus babes at a very large farmhouse styled dining table 
 
Kitchen is fully equipped, very spacious with all the modern conveniences for the keen chef. 
 
There is also a ground floor twin-bedded room (extra wide door)which can also serve as a second lounge if required. 
 
A ground floor shower room, wc and basin together with a complete laundry room next door. 
 
 
First Floor:  
Galleried walkway leads in one direction to a very attractive master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wc and basin. 
 
In the other direction there are two further spacious bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bedde). These are next to a family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and bason. 
 
Outside: 
A very good sized fenced in lawned garden euipped with garden furniture and barbeque facilities. Ample parking for 6 or more cars. Use of an additional paddock nearby.

Home cooked meals (Rofield Suppers) are available to all our guests during their stay with us. Baby sitting and child care facilities Well behaved pets are welcomed by prior arrangement WiFi connectivity throughout the Barn UNderfloor heating on the ground floor
