Sunny Cottage is located within Poole’s Harbourside Park, it’s a short level 30 second walk from Poole Harbour and Baiter Park Recreation Grounds. Also within 5 minutes walking distance are the Pubs, Restaurants and shops of Poole Quay, Poole Town Center, Poole Park, The Light House Theatre and Swimming Baths. A Large Sainsbury’s Supermarket is also within a few minutes walk for all your weekly provisions.  
Poole Harbour is a Mecca for windsurfing, kite surfing and all watersport enthusiats. There is a public slipway located in the Public Car Park near by.  
There are regular boat trips from Poole Quay to Sandbanks/Jurrasic coast and Brownsea Island where last years BBC Autumn Watch was filmed. The superb beaches of Sandbanks and Shell Bay are within 3.5 miles with Shell bay and the Purbecks being accessed by the roll-on-roll-off Chain Ferry. Further to the west are the stunning Purbeck hills and historic Corfe Castle along with Dorset’s Jurassic coast line.  
 
Whether traveling by foot, bike or car there are many things to see and do on your holiday from this great central location.  
 
The accommodation comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms one double and one single (with occasional double bed/twin beds), Bathroom with Bath & shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with TV & Sky viewing, DVD player, Radio, CD player, Sony Playstation and a private parking space. The accommodation is most suitable for couples and families of up to 4 persons maximum.
