Orchard House Cottage is a ground floor studio apartment in the village of Shillingstone near to Blandford Forum in Dorset. The cottage sleeps two people and contains a double bed, a sitting area and a dining area with a woodburning stove. Also in the cottage are a shower room and a fitted kitchen. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a front patio with outdoor furniture. Perfect for a romantic break, Orchard House Cottage is set in beautiful countryside in a fabulous location.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome, to be kept on a lead due to livestock. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The owner has 2 dogs and there are geese, chickens, pigs and horses close by.

The village of Shillingstone is beside the River Stour, a short drive from the market town of Blandford Forum. Locally there are well marked footpaths with a local.

				Low Season Price:	£249 per Week
				High Season Price:	£419 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
