This detached cottage is located close to the village of Piddletrenthide near to Dorchester in Dorset and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.

Ashley House is a superb detached house on the edge of the village of Piddletrenthide just eight miles from Dorchester in Dorset. The cottage has five bedrooms consisting of three doubles (one with an ensuite), one twin and a single with a pull out bed, as well as two family bathrooms, which makes it suitable for up to ten people. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms (one with an open fire). To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars, a lawned garden with a patio and outdoor furniture and an unheated outdoor swimming pool with a spacious paved terrace. Perfect as a base for discovering the beautiful west downs of Dorset or for exploring the coastline, Ashley House is a magnificent house any time of the year.

Activities

The village of Piddletrenthide can be found in the Piddle Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 8 miles from Dorchester. The village is surrounded by countryside resulting in superb walks, with excellent local pubs serving good food and real ales. A great base for touring, there is much to see and do within a short drive of this picturesque area, including the world famous Cerne Abbas giant, only 2 miles away, whilst the bustling market town of Dorchester, with its array of interesting shops, restaurants and museums is well worth a visit.

				High Season Price:	£1,521 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
