This impressive property offers a superb sitting room with a coal effect electric fire, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and four good sized bedrooms – one double and three twin, two of which have doors leading to the patio.

Occupying the entire ground floor of an imposing, Art Deco style building on the prestigious Sandbanks peninsula, this property is a stunning and extremely spacious apartment. The large kitchen, dining area, and outdoor eating arrangements make staying in an attractive possibility, but if you're not in the mood to cook the fine restaurants, exclusive bars and cafes of Sandbanks are all close by, as is the beach, accessible via steps over a low stone wall at the edge of the patio. Well-placed and well-equipped, this is an ideal holiday spot for a family or a group of friends looking for a traditional seaside holiday.

Beginning its life as a shanty town on the entrance to Poole Harbour, the exclusive cosmopolitan seaside resort of Sandbanks is now one of Britain’s most thriving holiday destinations. With a family-friendly, Blue Flag beach on its breathtaking peninsula, the dramatic sweeps of Sandbank’s crisp, golden strand also homes an array of elite restaurants, trendy style bars and select shops. With a magnificent natural harbour, second only to that in Sydney, the area is unparalleled in its water-sports facilities. A chain run ferry runs to Studland, Swanage whilst the lovely Brownsea Island is nearby and is renowned for its wildlife and colony of red squirrels, not to mention Britain’s first Scout Camp. Bournemouth is close by too and provides a celebrated International Centre, Winter Gardens, great shopping, colourful nightlife and golden sands.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
