Situated in Dorset's designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the property is just a short walk from Stratton Village Green & the Saxon Arms public house.

Stratton's central location provides easy access to all parts of the County.

ACCOMODATION:-

DOWNSTAIRS:-

A cloakroom with lavatory & handbasin.

The Lounge is fully carpeted & comfortably furnished. A Digital TV, video recorder, DVD & CD player are provided.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob & electric fan oven, 'fridge, microwave oven & dishwasher. All utensils, crockery & cutlery are provided. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.

A utility room houses a washer/dryer and gives access to the outside decking area & fully enclosed private rear garden. A barbecue is provided.


UPSTAIRS:-

There are three bedrooms. A large double bedded room with en-suite facilities, a second double bedded room & a twin bedded room. All are well furnished and fully carpeted. The family bathroom has a lavatory, wash-basin & bath with shower.

Gas heating is provided throughout. There are no additional charges or meters.

All bed linen and towels for each guest are included. Beach towels are not provided.

A cot and high chair are available if required.

Parking is provided on the drive at the side of the house.
