Nutwood is a comfortable furnished three bedroom house. It has a fully fitted and well equiped modern kitchen including microwave and automatic washing machine. 
 
The three bedrooms comprise one double , one twin and a further single. A cot including bedding is available at no extra cost. Beds will be made up on arrival. 
 
The bathroom has a bath with separate Mira shower fitted over. Pedestal sink basin and close coupled low level toilet and non-slip vinyl flooring. 
 
There is also a very comfortable lounge with 32" LCD TV, video player, DVD player and a range of toys, games,books, videos and DVD's suitable for all ages including a Playstation 2 with games, to keep the children entertained while you relax in between days out and exploring. 
 
We provide a comprehensive range of information for the area including the various forms of transport available. You will aslo receive a hospitality pack with a few essentials to get your holiday of fto a relaxing start. 
 
Further Details outdoors 
 
To the front the property is laid to lawn with a drive providing parking for one car. On road parking is allowed and is free. 
 
To the rear there is a private, secure pretty garden with a large patio for relaxing. Patio table chairs and sun loungers are provided and also a BBQ. 
 
For the children there is a slide, small paddling pool bicycleswith stabilisers and dolls pram. There is also a playroom fitted with soft flooring and a range of toys including play cooker with utensils, work bench with tools dolls,puupet theatre, desk and drawing board suitable for children of all ages. 
 
For the adults there is a separate games room with a small snooker/pool table and professioal quality darts board and darts as well as seating.

Cot, High chair, stair gates and small fold up push chair available free of charge on request.Please advise at time of booking. 
 
Take over day is Saturday and time is from 3.00 pm. Departure time is 10.00am.

    • Nutwood is centrally based between Mudeford, Christchurch and Highcliffe giving easy access to the abundance of activities and facilities on offer. The safe and welcoming sands of Avon beach are only a few minutes drive from the property and perfect for the children. Nutwood is also the ideal base for a relaxing family holiday and exploring the areas natural beauty. The New Forest,the Jurassic coast, Mudeford Quay and the historic old town of Christchurch with its Priory and Quay and numerous family resteraunts are all only minute's drive away. Within a short walk of Nutwood is a local convenience shop and Watermans park, a playground with swings, play castle and skate park. The popular Somerford beefeater, excellent for family dining is also nearby as is a Sainsbury superstore and a further small parade of shops including a fish shop/cafe.

    • Christchurch has a fascinating heritage including the 11th century Priory church and Norman castle ruins and Quay with its self drive hire boats, the bandstand, tea shop, riverside restaurant, open air paddling pool and playground set on a beautiful green ideal for picnics.There is a wide range of shops, restaurants and the Regent centre cinema/theatre. 
     
    Avon beach has excellent facilities including a café, shop and toilets.There are breathtaking views across to the Isle of Wight and beyond.  
     
    Mudeford quay has year round entertainment including boat trips, RNLI fundays, seasonal funfair, fishing and crabbing, a favourite with the children.  
     
     
     
    The two Rivers meet leisure centre has two swimming pools, badminton and squash courts, a 9 hole golf course and fitness suite runs.  
     
    Adventure Wonderland, only 8 km away, with it numerous rides, indoor entertainment and facilities is an ideal fun day out for the whole family.

    Booking Form together wit 25% of Rental Price to secure the rental period. Balance of Rental price plus £100 security deposit payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Bookings less than 8 weeks from rental then the full rental price and security deposit is to be forwarded with the booking form. Preferred method of payment is cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. If a cancellation is requested more than 8 weeks in advance of the holiday the balance of any monies paid , less the rental deposit will be returned. For cancellation within the 8 weeks prior to the holiday the owner will retain the 25% deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re let the property for this period despite our best efforts so to do. Short breaks of 3 Nights or longer based on availability with rates £60 to £100 per night.
