The Retreat is located a stones throw away from Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve and Christchurch’s historic town centre is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cycle ride away. Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach, popular with windsurfers and sailors, is a 5 minute drive. The New Forest, Poole and Bournemouth are all a short drive away. Buses to Bournemouth and Poole stop at the end of the road. 
 
The accommodation consists of an open plan living area with vaulted ceilings and skylight windows creating a light and airy environment. Two bedrooms accommodate four people and there is a three piece luxury bathroom with shower.
