Set in a peaceful, elevated location, Eype View is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the market town of Bridport, famous for its rope and net making. This quality accommodation is ideally located for a wide range of activities including cycling and fishing. It is an excellent area for walkers, being situated on the beautiful Jurassic Coast; Britain’s first Natural World Heritage Site which includes Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast. The apartment is within driving distance of the Cathedral city of Exeter and the county town of Dorchester, and also the traditional seaside resorts of Weymouth and Lyme Regis. The stunning Chesil beach and the pretty village of Abbotsbury are close by, and Poole with its famous harbour is within easy reach. All the above are accessible by regular local bus services. The local beaches at West Bay and Eype are only a few miles away. Completed mid 2008 to a very high standard and adjoining the owner’s property, the apartment has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay for two people.
The apartment is accessed via entrance lobby and staircase to open plan lounge with double doors with juliet balcony, offering far reaching views across rooftops and farmland. TV and DVD. A fully equiped kitchen with dining facilities for two accessed from the lounge area. One double bedroom with views towards Allington Hill. Full width shower with WC and hand basin. Dedicated of road parking for one car.
Welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of chilled wine. Wireless internet access.
Please note:
The apartment is completley no smoking and is adults only. Sorry but we are unable to accommodate children or pets. The apartment is accessed via a gravel drive, steps down and a staircase and may not therefore be suitable for some individuals with mobility problems.

Midweek breaks (four nights) charged at 70% of weekly rate.

Outside the high season we are flexible on rental periods and changeover days.
