Vacation Rental Description
Crepe Farm House is a top of the range, luxury house with a large private garden. Ideal for extended family groups or large parties, it comfortably sleeps 17 and has an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard by our in-house design consultant.The house has a spacious dining room incorporating a large table and chairs and separate a comortable seating area centred around the Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.
The modern kitchen offers a range cooker with a further oven, two dishwashers, two sinks and a large Amercian fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage space and good selection of kitchen utensils and crockery.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of space for outdoor clothes and equipment.
Downstairs the house also boasts a smaller living room with television and DVD and in the cellar there is a newly converted cinema room with Sky TV.
There are 8 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite facilities plus there is a further two bathrooms one with a double power shower the other has a bath and shower.
All our bedrooms have zip & link beds so guests have added flexibilty in how they choose to use the rooms. The linen covered headboards, and crisp white bed linen, give our visitors added comfort and luxury. Both the master bedroom and the attic room have TV’s.
There is a large sun terrace with hot tub beside the indoor pool, with sun loungers, gas barbecue and a table with benches for outside dining.
The swimming pool has a sauna, changing room and showers and is accessed through a large games room with a pool table and table tennis.
There is a large walled garden with various seating areas and in addition a lawned area to the front of the house. The perfect spot to put up a marquee for weddings or special occasions.
Facilities
Crepe Farmhouse offer free wi-fi connection. In the cellar a Cinema Room has been designed with projector, large screen, surround sound and sky t.v. We can recommend two in-house caterers for a special occasions or arrange a lovely home cooked meal ready for you when you arrive on your holiday. Other facilities include baby sitting, dog sitting, luxury massage and guided walks or cycle rides around the lovely Dorset Countryside or on the beaches and cliffs along the Jurassic Coast.

The Old Post Office Cottage is in the heart of Symondsbury Village, with thatched yellow stone properties and the beautiful landmark, Colmers Hill looking down on the village. Payment: A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable when the booking is made more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental together with a Security Deposit of £300 which will be returned within 14 days after the house and leisure facilities being checked by our Housekeeper. Please see our Terms and Conditions on our website. Cancellations: In the event of cancellation we will do our best to re-let Crepe Farmhouse. If we are successful we will refund your deposit less a £50 administrative charge. Should we be unable to re-let (due to late cancellation) you will be liable for the full amount.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at Crepe Farmhouse. The refurbishments are fantastic and the house is now so well equipped that we literally had everything we needed. The kitchen is especially good. Badir's Catering was excellent, he is a really charming person as well as being a great Chef. Leaving was the hardest part and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Susan Farrar June 2011
