This newly completed three bedroom semi detached house offers a modern and contemporary home from home. The ground floor facilities include a good sized lounge with access to the enclosed, private garden/patio area perfect for hosting BBQ's. The lounge can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably, with use of the flat screen television and DVD's/books that the owners have left on the bookcase for their guests pleasure. Enjoy your cooked meals in the dining area located at the front of the property, with dining table and chairs to accommodate 8 people (spare chairs are located in the bedrooms). Up a short flight of stairs, the first floor offers a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom with two single beds and built in wardrobe space with a skyline which allows the sunlight to flood into the room, the third bedroom can sleep 2 persons as there is a single pull out bed underneath the single bed. The family bathroom is a good size offering a bath/shower combination.
The driveway has space for one car and the residential road is unrestricted all year. This accommodation is a 2 minute short cab/bus ride or 10 - 15 minute walk to Bournemouth Town Centre. The sea front and the train/bus station, local shops and supermarket are just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and groups of people under 25.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300.00 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
