Set near the city centre and beaches of Bournemouth, our warm, friendly, stylish accommodation provides outstanding value from the leather suite in the guest lounge and the 32" flat screen T.V with multi-channels, to the irresistible choice of breakfasts prepared and cooked only to order every morning. 
All our rooms have T.V, hair drier,a well stocked tea/coffee tray and lot's of little extras we know our guests love.. 
Bournemouth's town centre is only a few minutes walk, so is the fantastic sandy beaches. The Bournemouth International Centre(BIC)and Pavilion are again only a stroll away, so what ever your looking for in Bournemouth we are a great location to explore the region

After this the first nights money will be charged Failure to not turn up will result in the first nights money being taken from the credit/debit card No cancellation is granted on arrival. The total price will be charged at our discretion. The management reserves the right to cancel any booking up to, and on the day of arrival without explanation.
