For activity in the local area Seafield Gardens, which has held the prestigious Green Flag Award since 2001, offers bowls, tennis and features a watertower. One tourist feature of Southbourne is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway, a funicular railway between the clifftop coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. Southbourne is an area for tourists keen to escape the busier areas of Bournemouth town centre.

In the event of cancellation or amendments of your booking, BBL is entitled to charge you as follows:- Cancellation 43 days or more before the Holiday Commencement Date deposits will be refunded however a cancellation fee of £30 will incur and will be deducted from the Initial Deposit; Cancellation between 29 and 42 days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL shall retain the Initial Deposit; Cancellation 28 or less days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL/Owner shall retain the Initial Deposit and reserve the right to levy a charge on for the remaining balance in full. In the event you need to amend dates of your stay or wish to change property a £18 fee will incur.
