This newly refurbished, elegant apartment offers a high standard of furnishings comprising of one spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the lounge hosts a brand new, leather double sofa and LCD television with freeview and DVD player integrated. The sofa is easily turned into a bed, transforming the lounge into a tranquil bedroom (bedding stored under the sofa) also with access to a separate shower room. The modern kitchen is equipped for all your catering needs and opens into the dining area which offers a sensational dining table to seat four; this room also offers sea view glimpses. Every element of this apartment makes it a home from home combining comfort and convenience.
Off road parking available on a first come first served basis, on road parking is unrestricted within the area.This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and groups of people under 25.

Dorset is a very popular holiday destination all year round. It offers beautiful rolling countryside and the Purbecks. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches and The New Forest nearby. Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within reasonable travelling distance. Bournemouth has excellent facilities for the tourists and the town and has a lovely calm multi-racial community.
Bournemouth eye which is a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views. Corfe castle is within easy travelling distance and well worth a visit. The local beach is seven miles long and has lovely clean golden sand stretching as far as the eye can see. Poole is good for sightseeing and shopping. The Isle of Wight is only a boat ride away and again great for sightseeing.

Train services run with Southwest Trains direct from Waterloo or Virgin Trains direct from the Midlands and Scotland.If you are flying you can arrive in Bournemouth International Airport. A personal check in with complementary pick up service from Bournemouth's train, coach and airport travel links can be included at a surcharge of £25.
