Seahaven is located on Banks Road, Sandbanks; the perfect location for a lovely family holiday in a tasteful resort only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Easy travelling distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bournemouth and Poole town centre. Sandbanks caters well for tourists and has a superb sandy beach. The apartment is a well established holiday property and is carefully furnished to provide all mod cons whilst remaining uncluttered and comfortable. The apartment located on the first floor, has one large double bedroom with an ensuite and a good size twin room both with built in wardrobes. The lounge offers ample seating for relaxing, extending on to the balcony overlooking the property's surrounding garden. The spacious kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven and a large fridge freezer to cater for a family holiday with a dining table to seat four people. The stunning bathroom offers a large bath with shower attachments and the ensuite has a shower and WC. Off road parking is available and WIFI connection is included.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and groups of people under 25.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £300 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The property is located in Sandbanks, famous for its high property values, you’ll find the beach is sandy and flat with shallow waters making it a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing.
Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you’ll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch.
Poole town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Head down to Poole Quay and you’ll find plenty to see and do, play in the amusements, catch the land train or take a boat over to Brownsea Island. The Island is home to the endangered red squirrel and offers lovely walks and views of the harbour. If you fancy going further afield you can even catch a ferry to Jersey. Poole Park offers tennis courts, a miniature railway and an indoor soft play centre for children.
