10/15 mins stroll to award winning beaches & new Boscombe Surf Reef. Super shopping, restaurants & nightlife. New Forest & many other interesting sightseeing opportunites.

Victorian, first floor, apartment. Recently renovated to a very high standard. Well equipped, beautiful decor & furnishings (american style fridge/freezer wth ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc). 32" TV + TV+Freeview in bedrooms & hairdryer.

Parking, directly outside. Secluded rear courtyard garden, and decking area + barbeque - perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing.

Very highly rated by all previous guests. Bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) provided £30 per booking. Guests to provide own bath towels. Tea, coffee, sugar provided as are laundry and housekeeping products.

NEW for 2009! - Beach Hut for rent @ £35 per day - situated in Southbourne, fabulous sandy beach, life guards, "Kid Zone" Safe Beach Scheme, toilet facilities/baby changing & Fishermans Walk Cliff Lift.

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £350
High Season Price : £675 per Week
30 % (non-refunable) deposit of total balance required to secure dates requested.

Total rental balance must be paid, minimum,of 10 days prior to arrival.

Late bookings will be required to provide their total rental fee on a cash only basis.

£150 (returnable damage deposit) required, this is returnable within 2 weeks of departure and monies deducted, if necessary.

Departure time is NO LATER than 10.30.
Arrivals are welcome any time after 3 pm.

Booking Form must be completed and returned.

Payments preferred by cheque, paypal, banking transfer acceptable but any fees/charges due are the responsibility of the renter.

Owner accepts no responsibility for incidents, accidents, damage or otherwise to guests or their visitors person or belonings whilst at the property and advises that you provide adequate holiday insurance for all in group.

Property will be presented in a prestine condition and it is expected that it is left as so.
