Victorian, first floor, apartment. Recently renovated to a very high standard. Well equipped, beautiful decor & furnishings (american style fridge/freezer wth ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc). 32" TV + TV+Freeview in bedrooms & hairdryer. 
 
Parking, directly outside. Secluded rear courtyard garden, and decking area + barbeque - perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing. 
 
Very highly rated by all previous guests. Bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) provided £30 per booking. Guests to provide own bath towels. Tea, coffee, sugar provided as are laundry and housekeeping products.

Departure NO LATER 10.30am. ARRIVALS after 3 pm**. **By arrangement luggage may be left earlier. Booking Form - completed and returned. Payments by cheq/bank trans. PayPal OK but any fees due - responsibility of renter. No responsibility/liability for incidents, accidents, damage, injuries or otherwise to guests or their visitors or belonings whilst at the property/designated property area. Adequate holiday insurance for all in group - advisable Apartment expected to be left in prestine condition.
