The Bothy (1 bedroom, sleeps 3 + cot)
Originally an old coach house, the Bothy is comfortable, spacious and full of character. Very well equipped. It is very popular with numerous guests returning year after year.

There is a good selection of books and games for adults and children. We provide information,guides and an OS map.

The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electic oven with 4 hot plates, washing machine, mircowave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. There is a shared use of tumble dryer.

The living room has an exposed stone wall and beams. It is a good size and has sofa, TV with freeview, DVD player, and radio/tape/CD player.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the vaulted large bedroom with en suite bathroom.

There is a 6ft bed,(Which can be made into 2 single beds if required), and a further 3ft single bed. A cot can be provided if required. There is room to sleep another child on a mattress on the floor if required.

The bathroom has a walk in shower newly installed a separate bath, toilet and basin.

Garden funiture and a BBQ are provided in the large, mature garden, providing privacy if required.

Electricity, heating, linen, duvets included. Heating is by way of independently controlled central heating ie radiators
Parking for one car. off road and private.

Well behaved dogs welcome (£10 supplement per dog).

* As colonial visitors, we found the olde world charm of The Bothy delightful- stone walls, exposed oak beams etc. All the mod-cons in a spacious cottage made for a very pleasant stay. We found Broadwindsor an ideal place to explore Dorset. Sept 08
