All three are situated at the end of a long track in courtyard formation around the owner's ex-dairy farmhouse. They all have their own garden furniture, BBQ's and use of the large lawned areas. There is ample parking. The village of North Perrott has Farm Shop, Garden Centre, and Pub with restaurant. 
WOOD BARNS 1 & 2 are single storey with extra wide doors and are wheelchair friendly. Large lounge/dining room, breakfast kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet and basin, shower cubicle and a separate toilet and basin. 2 bedrooms, (1 double, 1 twin)Z bed in lounge. Full oil fired central heating. WOOD BARN 1 does have additionally a large south facing conservatory and a four poster bed. 
WOOD DAIRY STABLES Set on 2 floors and offering on the ground floor: large traditional beamed lounge/dining area with inglenook fireplace, breakfast kitchen, bathroom with toilet and basin. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 double (four poster bed) and 1 twin, shower room with toilet and basin
